The Age-Friendly Fremont 2020/21 Action Plan describes City of Fremont's current age-friendly status and a vision of how the community wants to guide its efforts into the near future. The Plan is presented by City of Fremont's Senior Citizens Commission in collaboration with the city's older residents and staff in all departments within the City of Fremont.
