Issue Guides

What is an Issue Guide? 
An Issue Guide describes a topic important to creating an age-friendly county in a way that is designed to increase understanding and mobilize support for specific recommendations. Issue Guides: humanize an issue by using anecdotes where available; describe the issue using the best available data from any source; describe the program landscape of what’s being done now and what gaps are known to exist; identify best practices; and make recommendations. Issue Guides include complete references to cited publications, and, where available, hyperlinks.
